You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is not professional advice
  • AI responses may be incomplete, imperfect, or inaccurate

  • You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated content

AI features are designed to support reflection, not decision-making or clinical judgement.

This licence includes processing User Content using automated systems, including AI, to generate reflective responses and improve the quality and safety of the Service. Journey does not claim ownership of your personal reflections.

10. Feedback

If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Journey ("Feedback"), you agree that Journey may use such Feedback without restriction or obligation to improve the Service or develop related features. Feedback will not be treated as confidential.
